Krups 230-70 Egg Express Egg Cooker ReviewIf you are looking to have a quick and convenient breakfast then the Krups 230-70 Egg Express Egg Cooker will make a great addition to your kitchen appliance set. This egg cooker will make seven hard or soft cooked eggs in one go. It does not take up a lot of space (8″ by 7″) so you can easily store it in a small to medium kitchen compartment.

Unlike other Egg Cookers, the Krups 230-70 Egg Express Egg Cooker has a warming feature which allows you to store your cooked eggs if you do not feel hungry. This also stops the cooked eggs from going stale.

The Krups Egg Express basically utilizes steam to cook the eggs. The level of water you pour into the cooker determines how well cooked the eggs are. It seems the ‘steaming’ effect of the cooker makes it much easier to peel off the shells. The Krups Egg Cooker comes with a measuring cylinder which helps you determine the amount of water you require for different types of cooked eggs.

Compared to other egg cookers at a similar price range, I would recommend everyone to seriously consider the Krups Egg Express Egg Cooker as it is a very durable kitchen appliance. Many customers reported that their Krups Egg Cooker is still in a fine state although they have been using it daily for the past year. The Krups Egg Cooker is available for a great discount on Amazon. You can get a 22% discount if you purchase it here (subject to changes).

Here are more reviews from customers who currently own the Krups 230-70 Egg Express Egg Cooker:

Joanna Daneman,

I was personally chided by a Wall Street Journal reporter for perhaps being one of many Americans who, in her mind, relied on appliances for simple tasks because they can’t cook. Well, I can cook, but despite the fact that boiled eggs can be done in a pot costing $1.99, an egg cooker makes a lot of sense to me. I can get perfectly soft boiled eggs, the way I like them, or a rack of hard-boileds for lunch while I run around the kitchen doing other things than timing the eggs. An alarm tells you when the eggs are ready. There is a warm feature, but since that overcooks the eggs eventually, I don’t use it.

Lee Mellot,

After checking out all the egg cookers on Amazon, I ordered this nifty little cooker a few weeks ago to replace a different brand that had broken. I am so glad I selected the Krups! I don’t want something that looks like an egg or a chicken as other cookers do, nor did I want to spend a fortune. But I did want perfectly turned out eggs and the Krups does that plus more.
